Thrive is a membership-based healthcare system offering inclusive primary care for the LGBTQ+community, gender-affirming care, and wellness add-on services in a safe and supportive environment for LGBTQ+ individuals and their families.

Thrive+ is our most comprehensive gender-affirming care membership and is $150 per month. It includes: Monthly advocate meetings Mental health referrals Bi-annual labs covered Injectable HRT covered (other forms are patient responsibility) Surgery, dental, and other referrals as needed Name and gender marker change documentation support Access to primary care membership add-on Thrive Shot Kit This package is designed to provide the most complete and supportive care experience for individuals pursuing medical transition.

The Thrive membership (Essential GAHT) includes gender-affirming care services such as monthly advocate meetings, mental health referrals, name & gender marker change documentation support, bi-annual lab orders (patient pays), and HRT prescriptions (patient pays). Thrive membership is $75 per month.

Thrive Unity provides LGBTQ+ inclusive primary care including unlimited office visits, same/next day appointments, urgent care, sick visits, injuries/sprains/strains care, on-site x-rays and ultrasounds, sports and work physicals, non-surgical fracture care, medication dispensing, and direct provider messaging.

No. Thrive Care Wellness services can be purchased as stand-alone services. However, Thrive Unity, Thrive, and Thrive+ members receive exclusive discounted rates on all wellness add-ons.

You’ll first schedule an appointment with our nurse for labs and evaluations. Next, you’ll meet with a Thrive Advocate to review the process and resources. Finally, you’ll meet your provider to set up a personalized care plan and begin your journey.

Yes. Thrive offers telehealth appointments alongside in-person visits for convenience and accessibility. *Due to regulations all Thrive and Thrive+ members must meet with our provider in-person for their initial appointment and one time per year thereafter.
